Problem:

Alfa Executive Solutions started their IT journey using a popular all in one web hosting platform which included e-mail. They had quickly grown in staff numbers and found that they were missing numerous Outlook and Teams features to properly engage with their client base, systems were not integrating properly.

An experienced IT support provider was required to partner up with and correct their IT setup.

Solution:

We worked with the existing web developer to implement and migrate to Microsoft Office 365, all within a couple of days. All end user devices were upgraded and reconfigured to a modern workplace standard with bolt-on security and backup options to protect against the vast amount of cyber threats and data loss scenarios.

All missing features and integration issues were quickly resolved, giving Alfa Executive Solutions the core foundations of a good setup ready for their continued growth.
